Parent and Child Maritime and Model Boat Building Workshop

Take a Maritime journey With 'Tools of the Trade' 2021, through contemporary Nautical Education at NMCI, a look to the past at the Maritime Museum Passage West, and explore captivating historic views of Cork Harbour from the Statio Bene Exhibition at the Crawford Gallery. Participants will be given a short introduction to the three partner places and a tour of the 'Tools of the Trade' Exhibition on view at Nano Nagle Place. Participants will then make there own driftwood model boat in the adjoining outdoor courtyard. All materials will be provided.


'Tools of the Trade' is supported by Cork City Council and Creative Ireland. Creative Ireland is an all-of-government five-year initiative, from 2017 to 2022, which places creativity at the centre of public policy. Further information from Creativeireland.ie.
